Move In

Residents pay for their own phone, television, cable connections/service, water, gas and electric, as applicable. Administrative Fee in the amount $150.00 plus $35.00 application fee per applicant is required at the time you submit your application. If approved $150.00 administrative fee will be applied to your security deposit. If declined $150.00 administrative fee is refunded and application fees are forfeited. Please contact our management team for additional information.

We Love Furry Friends

At 2109 Broadway Lofts we know that your pets are family. That's why we welcome both cats and dogs subject to breed and weight restrictions. We take pride in being pet friendly lofts in Downtown Kansas City, and a short walk to Penn Valley Parks outdoor gated dog park.
